Program Fees

Please refer to the Program Page for existing fees for each study site. In general, program fees vary depending upon the host country and program session, ranging from $14,950 to $16,950 for a semester and $5,495 to $6,495 for the summer.

Program Fees Include:

• On-Site Orientation (2-4 days)
• All Tuition and Fees
• All Scheduled Program Excursions
• Housing Costs
• Services of Lexia Resident Director and Program Staff
• Comprehensive Medical Insurance Policy
• International Student Identity Card (ISIC)
• Official Transcript from Elizabethtown College / Norwich University

Program Fees Do Not Include:

• Travel expenses from the student's home to the program site
• Local transportation (such as public transportation pass)
• Food (though many programs do include partial board)
• Pre-program immunizations
• Books and other academic supplies
• Personal expenses (such as passport or visa fees)
• Independent travel while abroad

Cancellation Fees

Because Lexia makes advance commitments on behalf of its students, cancellation fees are required in the event of withdrawal from a program. These amounts are typically deducted from the fees already paid to Lexia. Cancellation fees and dates are explained in the Fee Payment Schedule, which students will receive upon acceptance to the Lexia program.

Credits and Refunds

Refunds are made only after all relevant accounts are cleared and any recoverable funds have been credited to Lexia. Upon determination by the Executive Director, a refund is issued within 30 days of Lexia’s receipt of the recoverable funds. A description of the refund policy may be found on the Fee Payment Schedule, which students receive upon acceptance to the Lexia program.

Program Cancellation

In the unlikely event that fewer than five applicants are accepted to a program, the program may be cancelled. In such a case, accepted applicants would be given the choice of deferring participation to a later session at the same site, switching to a different Lexia site for the same period, or withdrawing without incurring any additional costs beyond the application fee of $55.
